Stephanie Solomon

Unfortunately, my 4 year old's new speech therapist Stephanie Solomon, made us feel like a burden to her schedule. On more than one occasion she let other sessions cut into my sons time, which she refused to make up. When I asked if the time my son was denied would be made up, she simply said no. When my wife asked to speak with her privately about our sons sessions being cut short so she could continue to give her time to other children she blew her off and told us to speak with her center director. Overall she refused to give my child the time we pay for, the time he needs, and the time he is entitled to when we sign up for a session. Didn't adequately update or debrief on progress. Won't let parents into sessions due to HIPPA but routinely breaches HIPPA by debriefing parents in lobby. Interested if she's charging for full sessions when she cuts families time short and makes them feel undervalued and not important.
