Spencer was incredible. I had been dealing with lower back pain for years, and he developed a customized physical therapy program that truly changed things for me. He was also very accommodating of my hectic lifestyle and travel schedule, adapting exercises whenever certain movements or routines were not practical while I was traveling.At one point, I genuinely thought my triathlon days were over, but thanks to Spencer’s work, I’m now running 30 miles and swimming 6 miles per week again.On top of that, he’s just a genuinely great guy who is always fun to talk to and catch up with during appointments. If you’re dealing with pain or mobility issues, I would strongly recommend booking an appointment with him right away.
