FNP Sarah Vandergoot's level of detail, communication, followup and clarity (all of which define my meaning of professionalism) are second to none. As my PCP for close to a decade, I can trust with complete confidence that her diagnostics, evaluations, exams and following prognostics are spot-on. In an age where the medical industry has opted for the 'conveyor-belt' cookie-cutter' approach to patient visits, Sarah rises above to understand, get involved and solve the problem whatever the ailment. Recently, she phoned me with the results of an evening CT scan to alleviate my concern of a possible serious health issue. As i would not have access to the scan results until the next day, a late phone call was relieving and appreciated. This professional resets a medical standard that hasn't been seen for 50 years.
