My First & Worst Experience with a Civilian Medical Care! I set an initial appointment with her in February, wasn’t seen until August. Was called the day prior by her staff because she wanted to know “Why I was coming to see her?” The next day of my appointment, the same staff member, NOT Mrs. Boellner, came to me in the lobby area in front of receptionists & patients VIOLATING MY HIPAA RIGHTS saying “Mrs. Boellner wanted to know why I was there” “She didn’t know how to code my visit” & “Because veterans sometimes PATIENTS HOP” (Patient Hopping is when patients go from Doctor to Doctor to get the desired drugs/treatment they want- basically a prescription drug addictict!). Again she said this in public. I left the lobby immediately! Mrs Boellner called me minutes later on the driving to apologize because she didn’t know how to code me so I reluctantly gave her the benefit of doubt & rescheduled. On the rescheduled day I was running late and called ahead. I was called by her staff and was asked to reschedule because Mrs Boellner had to attend an Orioles Baseball game! I agreed since I was late as well. On the NEXT reschedule date, I was called an hour before the appointment an was told they would need to reschedule me because they didn’t reserve enough time for my appointment! I couldn’t see her until the end of the month! I requested to see another doctor sooner. Guess what I was asked when I got there to see THAT doctor…”Why am I here?” WOSRT MEDICAL SERVICE & STAFF SERVICE EVER! The lady that violated my privacy is still employed there. Don’t listen to what they say about military medical service, THIS SERVICE WAS MUCH MORE WORSE!
