I had an appointment with this office . I was 20 min late due to my medical conditions. Kere B the front desk staff was very rude, with no empathy. After reading her note in MyChart , it furthered the above. She stated I was slurring my words ( I was not) I?ve had numerous serious concussion that have diminished my ability to find the words I?m looking for. Had they prepped MyChart they would have known this . I also have poor vision due to this which they wouldn?t accommodate.To further insult me, their stair are not to code and they have no disability access. I rolled my ankle when leaving . I told them their stairs were dangerous. In my medical chart she stated I missed a step do to my poor vision. That was not the case. She also added I sat in my truck for 10 minutes . This was due to attempting to text my husband which given my vision is very difficult. She stated I was speaking poorly about the office to other patients.
