Connecting with Dr. Keil has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I wish I found him years ago. Candidly I wasn’t sure therapy was for me but he’s helped me tremendously in multiple areas of my life. I genuinely look forward to it every time and always leave feeling good, regardless of the circumstances. Sessions feel natural and easy - never forced or like I’m being “fixed.” Dr. Keil is simply a great person who cares a ton and is a very good at what he does. He doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear either. I’m extremely grateful for all his support and highly recommend him. Even if you don't 'need' therapy I firmly believe everybody could benefit from someone like Dr. Keil in their life.
