Dr W is efficient knowledgeable and polite. Would recommend to anyone. Staff however are struggling to get your check in and pre exam work done. Front desk check in is archaic and obviously not making use of shared info from referring Dr. going over meds & history we all do. Recording all of it for 1/2 hour is not. Exam prep tech wasn’t really confident but did his job. Going through lens recording for a non-vision exam was not warranted and seemed to bide time while training the staff who did it. Overall lots of staff with not enough to do. Work expands to fill time allocated and it sure did. Appointment could have been 45 min later.
