It is nearly impossible to renew prescriptions and receive”prior approval authorizations” required by insurance to cover prescriptions. Multiple requests need to be made for any action to be taken. The doctor and PA provide good care during office visits but fail miserably at managing prescription renewals. Something is broken in the office.
