During the most terrifying of my life, after major surgery, and with serious complications, Marlayna was very insensitive and ultimately vindictive. She called me in hospital, spoke for 5 minutes, then charged me for a session.. when I learned about this and confronted her, she told me to find another therapist. I was still seriously ill and in the hospital. I consider to be vindictive and beyond unprofessional.
