With my oldest daughter having pretty intense special needs, I have spent way more time than I ever wanted in various specialists offices, and have experienced many that are dismissive. This was Not the case with Dr. McDonough! I came with my middle daughter who has been showing some signs of struggles, but nothing severe and could easily fall through the cracks as time goes on. Dr. Listened and observed carefully, and was able to summarize back the concerns in an articulate and comprehensive way. It was very validating to me, instead of me feeling like I was being overly cautious. The whole staff was kind, efficient, and helpful. I have recommended his office to numerous friends that are thinking about getting their kids in for testing.
