For the past few of days I have been back and forth with this practice, trying to become a new patient, I specifically called and asked prior to making an appointment if this provider felt comfortable with my situation, yes is what I was told. They sent me intake forms to fill out and I had questions and it’s very frustrating calling this practice because normally they do not answer and you have to leave a message. I was told they could get me in this week, I called to inquire and was told by Michelle that there was a “concern” and she couldn’t say until the this provider responded, today I received a text stating he couldn’t see me, I thought that was very unprofessional and disrespectful not to even have the curiosity for anyone to call me and explain ( after days of communication) It is also very frustrating because the reason he couldn’t see me was not even my PRESENT situation. I would never recommend this provider. The way I was treated speaks volumes about this practice.
