Wonderful FNP! I walked in an emotional mess. Lori was a patient, empathetic listener. She did not try to rush me. She was so kind and understanding, which is exactly what I needed in that moment. I like that she took into consideration the whole person and not just the symptoms. We need more people in the medical field like her.
