I brought myself and my two daughters to see Dr. Chu on 4-25-24 because she was on our insurance and close to home. I only wish I had read these reviews before our visit. My daughters and I were so disappointed with her professionalism and disrespect that I will NEVER return. I would rather start over with a different doctor than have my time wasted by a rude and condescending doctor. She had the nerve to tell me not to talk while she was talking to my 14-year-old. I had valid input. The staff was just as rude. They go hand-in-hand. My blood pressure through the roof when we left! I paid for that? Never again!
