Dr. LaPoint greeted me with no smile, no warmth. I felt as though I was wasting his time, like he had much more important things to be doing than listening to me. He was very dismissive regarding an autoimmune condition that I’ve battled since childhood. Maybe he was having a bad day but I would not see him again.
