Kristy Sang has a deep, comprehensive knowledge of wound care, which she shares with clarity, intelligence, and kindness. She does not talk down to the patient, and she is willing to answer the same questions over and over until the patient understands what is really going on with the wound. She answered each of my questions with patience and respect, without making me feel foolish or stupid. This is a rare quality in any medical professional. Because I trusted her, I listened to her carefully, and did exactly what she told me to do. As a result, my wound healed quickly and completely — the best possible result.
