As a guy, culturally it isn't hip to discuss again and certain topics. I went to be treated by Kelly Whitsel for pelvic floor help with age-appropriate changes and eventually added help for long-standing GI issues and minor skeletal pain. I consistently felt listened to, treated with skill and respect and left every appointment with a tool kit of exercises, sources, web references... Kelly approaches care in a holistic manner, which I endorse and is both classy and extremely proficient in her craft.
