Was just recently seen by Kelly for regular routine check up for Pre Diabetes and Kelly was able to review my 6 month data in detail and help me understand my report history and health level over the trends. Outside of just explaining the data she was able to tie it back to the lifestyle behaviors and habits I needed improvement on. Since my visit with Kelly my overall health as improved based off her communication and resources. Kelly continues to show support with refills,communication and recommendations. Thank you Kelly !
