Hannah Rodriguez, PA-C

I am concerned about how my daughter was treated by this PA. My daughter had called this office prior to her scheduled appointment to ask a question that could have possibly sufficed for an office visit. Her call was returned within the 24 hour window but it was only one hour before the appointment. After expressing some frustration that the return call was too late to cancel the appointment (she had already proceeded to leave work and was almost there) she went in for her appointment. Upon her arrival Ms Rodriguez proceeded to tell my daughter that she did not appreciate her disrespect to her staff. What disrespect? Since when do medical professionals reprimand patients? My daughter is on the spectrum and this encounter was a source of needless anxiety and a migraine. This was both unnecessary and unprofessional.
