I have genuinely never had a worse experience with a healthcare provider in my life. Gena Nance is by far the most unprofessional, dismissive, and careless CRNP I have ever encountered. I came in with relatively minor gallbladder concerns, hoping for guidance and reassurance. Instead, I was met with attitude, eye-rolling, and a complete lack of basic respect.From the moment the appointment started, she acted annoyed to even be there by constantly giving side-eyes, rolling her eyes, and making me feel like my concerns were a burden. Rather than taking the time to actually listen or explore less invasive options, she immediately jumped to telling me to “just get it out,” as if removing an organ at a young age is some casual, no-big-deal solution. It was shocking and careless. If you value being treated with basic dignity or want a provider who actually listens and cares, stay far away. I would never trust her with my health again, and I strongly urge others to look elsewhere.
