"I had a session with him through Talkspace, and it was just awful. He was a bad listener, gave bad advice, and didn't seem to take the appointment seriously at all. At one point, he just started reading 20 or so symptoms from a long checklist and asked me which ones sounded right...?! I get that Talkspace is like the Uber of therapy, but come on.
