I’m autistic and struggle with communication. I didn’t feel the need to tell her I’m autistic but I did say I write everything down for better communication and clear understanding. She refused to even look at the summary. Many things that have been crippling my life were never discussed. Paperwork was refused to be read. I was told I’m young therefore I should be fine, call again if something else happens. I never got to communicate all that has been happening. I expect this treatment from male doctors usually but not from women. Very dismissive. Please don’t see her if you anticipate respect, patience, and thoroughness.
