I was a patient of Dr. Rubin for multiple years. During a critical time in my treatment, communication ceased entirely. I informed her that I was out of medication and my pharmacy confirmed no refills were sent, but my urgent messages went unanswered despite being read.Most recently, I experienced a pattern of 'ghosting' where appointments were scheduled and then canceled only hours before the start time, repeatedly. This made it impossible to maintain a safe and consistent treatment plan. I previously felt supported, but being left without medication or follow-up during a period of high clinical risk was a deeply distressing experience that has made it difficult to trust a new provider.
