I visited this clinic about four years ago to get Invisalign. My initial experience was not bad, but I decided to postpone the treatment because of the cost. Today, in May 2026, I contacted the clinic to schedule an appointment to finally proceed with the Invisalign. However, I was told I couldn’t return because I missed too many appointments in the past. I explained that I don't recall missing any appointments, only that I had to delay treatment due to financial reasons. The receptionist insisted it’s their policy, and I am not allowed to come back.
