Dr Alonso did not take the time to understand all the issues nor how the test results related to the problems. After getting a second opinion, I was able to get a firm diagnosis and actions to resolve. I have both upper and lower GI symptoms, and she diagnosed it as gastritis, when in reality it is related to the colon and lower GI. She never even did a physical, just pushed the endoscopy and colonoscopy then dropped the ball on the results and followup. The best thing she advised me to do was get a second opinion.
