If I could give 0 stars, I would.Our experience with Dr. Oros was extremely disappointing. From the moment he entered the exam room, his bedside manner was unprofessional. He came across as rude, dismissive, and arrogant, making us feel as though our questions and concerns were an inconvenience.When explaining his diagnosis, his primary justification was, 'I have 22 years of experience.' While experience is valuable, we expected a discussion supported by the medical findings and imaging. When we asked for the medical evidence behind his diagnosis, he did not provide a clear explanation.Additionally, despite having previous MRI results available, he did not review them before offering his opinion. Instead of addressing our questions respectfully, the conversation became argumentative whenever we sought clarification or asked about the differences between his assessment and the prior imaging.Patients deserve to be treated with respect, to have their concerns heard, and to receive
