Administrative steps were smooth, and little waiting for my appointment with Dr Merriam. Appointment was fairly short for the cystoscopy exam, and his summary was direct and to the point. However, I have been disappointed in the Ambulatory Surgery Center’s post appointment support. As part of ann earlier appointment, I needed to self-catheterize my self 3 or 4 times per day. But there is no help or description as to how to obtain the needed re-supply of catheters after the initial catheters were provided. Still very haphazard with the Urology practice providing a small number to avoid me completely running out. The method for obtaining needed catheters needs to be clearly documented for patients by the Urology practice.
