My sister was a patient there a little over a week ago. There were strings and packing coming from her mouth and the tooth that was supposed to be abstracted appeared to still be there. There weren't clear instructions given as far as care and cleaning her mouth. My sister is looking to have an implant done and clear instructions on next steps have not been given. I have five implants and know the process very well and clearly my sister has been misled.
