Dr. Victoria Black Horse, MD

I am shocked by her lack of professionalism or diligence, depsite being wonderful as my primary care physician for years. Dr. Black Horse failed to provide me with a sufficient diagnosis when I saw her for an L&I claim. She then refused to communicate with L&I despite my multiple attempts and multiple letters from L&I, finally she refused to help me any further with my case and told me to find a different doctor. Thanks to her negligence, it has been almost five months since my work injury, I am still in pain, and I haven't been able to get my claim approved to start physical therapy. It has been a nightmare scrambling to get a diagnosis from any other provider, as it was her legal duty to give one in the first place. She actively prevented my care and recovery.
