She is very knowledgeable but her tone is condescending and arrogant. Not a good listener. Doesn't care to hear patient's opinion or answer patients questions. Dismissive when symptoms are a bit complex and not willing to strategize solution. She took my urine culture that turned out positive for bacteria /UTI but never responded to My Chart when I asked for help. Never responded when my PCP nurse practitioner sent her a message requesting she address the UTI. My GP stepped in and prescribed an antibiotic. Try other Urologists if you want excellent response and care.
