This office is run with impressive precision. However, Dr. Frazee entered my consultation already irritated since he felt my referring dentist did not properly handle the referral process. He remained irritated throughout the consultation, although he thoroughly provided the information necessary . At one point, I asked Dr. Frazee to completely lower his half lowered mask, as I have profound hearing loss, and do sometimes need to read lips for better understanding. Dr. Frazee , irritated, told me that I should have told him this when he walked into the room. I decided then to seek services elsewhere.
