Dr. Tracy Williams, DO

Dr. Tracy herself is fine, but her office staff is horrible!! and the time to wait to be seen is even worse! they never answer calls and take days to call back and that portal to message is a joke! I have been a patient of DR. Williams for about 3 years. This last experience was my breaking point. I had a physical scheduled for today, I have waited over a year for this since the last time it was scheduled I waited 45 minutes to be seen and had to leave and get back to work. I finally got it scheduled again, had my bloodwork scheduled for the 18th and the office called to reschedule since the doctor was going to be out. I had already requested time off that morning- but fine, I rescheduled for the 23rd. Today, I arrive for my appointment which I thought was at 9:30, but was scheduled for 9:00am. The front desk person very condescending, said "your appt was at 9:00am the doctor wont see you now" I'll admit, I got very annoyed! I have waited for this for over a year, have changed my schedule to accommodate their request and even sat there for almost an hour a few months ago, waiting for nothing, which by the way, no one even cared enough to call back and reschedule or see how I was doing. I asked this women, why wouldn't you call if I confirmed to see if I was coming, her response "we don't do that" which now I see they don't so anything. When I brought up my experience and the amount of times I have had to wait, get no response or reschedule with them, her response...that's the doctors fault, that has nothing to do with me. Needless to say I am looking for a new doctor.
