I showed up to where I thought was my appointment 30 mins early, which come to find out was the hospital, they didn’t direct me very well and then I called the office and the lady wasn’t very helpful then called again because I was lost and she was rude and was like we can’t see you, I tried to explain that I had been trying for 30 mins to get to the office with no help!!!
