I have seen Dr. Furness for several years. It seems like every year it gets harder and harder to schedule an appointment. When a maintenance prescription ran out of refills, I was told I needed to see the doctor in order to continue my prescription. The problem is the first available appointment was over 2 months out. The staff are very unresponsive, never return calls.
