Dr. Toby saved my elbow and maybe my life. He took on the mess of another orthopedic surgeon who had previously performed 3 surgeries on my elbow and left me with a septic elbow for the better part of a year. Dr. Toby took on my case, performed another surgery, cleaned out the infection and dead bone. My life is changed forever now but my elbow is improving. Thank you!
