On at least 2 different visits (long history of skin cancer) I have been pointing out areas of concern. She would either freeze them or disregard. Turns out I have 2 different kinds of skin cancer on one area of my nose. How could BOTH have been overlooked? Because I have had surgeries in the same area I will probably need a mohs surgeon and a plastic surgeon as well. Dr. Chen only works 2 1/2 days a week and has a young family. If you are looking for someone who gives and has sufficient time to dedicate her profession, I'm sorry to say it's not her. Now I'm going to pay for it.
