I forgot to add something about Dr Ford. Not only was he rude to my wife and me but I found out he had put that I had been addicted to cocaine. I’ve NEVER used cocaine in my life! Sad! I was able to get it taken off my chart. He also said there was conflict between my wife and me! How he came up with that I’ll NEVER know. My wife and I have been happily married for over 44 years! I’m not sure what his problem is but if you go to him be sure and check your chart. It’s your right to do so.
