Dr. Thomas does come across a little rough around the edges. I think his intentions could be misconstrued because of this, his older age and what seems to be a value in accuracy when it comes to things like terminology. He could improve on his bedside manner but, i do think he cares about his patients.He was ready to see me before the nurse was done (prepared or impatient?) and knew all my chart information. He took the time to explain to me my mri, even bringing it up to help with my concerns.
