The first visit was kind of OK, doctor Tom diagnosed me and prescribed treatment with a 6 weeks follow up. For the follow up, I waited 30 minutes in a doctor's room, and Dr. Tom didn't show up, it was a gentleman from his team. He checked me and told me that I could go back 100% to my normal training. Same day in the evening I got the same issue with my knee, so I called them nex day and the answer was that I had to schedule another visit and start from scratch. It's like if all that happened didn't matter to them, since I strictly followed their treatment and it failed. I want an MRI to know whats going on with my knee after their failed diagnostic and they couldn't care less. Very disappointing, if compared with my previous Orthopedic doctor.
