Should have done my research before seeing him. Like others said NO bedside manner and DISMISSIVE. But, cooper does send PLENTY of press gayney surveys for him. Glad I already made an appointment to get a second opinion cause he clearly didn’t care enough to dig further deeper into the cause of the symptoms I was experiencing. If an MRI doesn’t show something or an X-ray doesn’t show something and your patient is having symptoms dig deeper. Don’t just tell the patient you no longer have to see neurology. I’ve sent my recommendations to your ordering provider. I’ll show you the exit. Disappointed in healthcare.
