Patient Reviews
Mar 03, 2026
I took my 7-year-old son to Dr. Lenart for amblyopia treatment during a critical correction window. I expected specialized, child-focused care. Instead, both visits were disappointing. At the first appointment, Dr. Lenart was short and unwelcoming and offered almost no explanation beyond saying my son’s prior prescription was wrong. There was no clear treatment plan discussed. After filling the new prescription, my son said the glasses made him feel sick and that his vision was blurry. At the follow-up, the interaction felt rushed and impatient. At one point, he spoke to my son in a frustrated tone while he was trying to complete a task.We were given yet another prescription with little explanation. For a time-sensitive pediatric condition, I expected clearer communication and more compassion.
