There are not enough words of praise for this doctor. I initially had my first cancer treatment with another doctor. It turned out to be a disaster. Someone I know recommended Dr. Blom. From my first visit it has been wonderful. We came up with a plan that made sense. He is patient focused, explains everything and listens to your suggestions. Scheduling treatment is easy. The process on the day of my appointments is impressive. It takes a while but makes sense. First they take blood. Then they actually do all the tests in the office. 30 minutes after that you get your vitals taken and the doctor comes in to talk and examine and has the results of the latest blood tests. You can spend up to 30 minutes with him. He explains them and has a very calming way of explaining the results. He listens to what you say and to suggestions. After that, you go to the infusion. The infusion nurses do a great job and even schedule follow up infusion appoints. Highly recommend him.
