My daughter (12yo) has always been wary of doctors. However, with Dr. Featherstone, she felt immediately connected and seen. Dr. Featherstone always receives us with a smile and genuine concern for my daughter’s well being. She has been such a blessing to us. She is always willing to sit and explain things to us, educate us on concerns, and answer any/all questions. While she never rushes us, we also never have to wait long periods of time to see her like many offices. We always see her right at our appointment time or often earlier. Her ability to relate to and build rapport is fantastic.
