Extreme delays in care and an extreme stress level for us just trying to get Achee to follow up on prescriptions, referrals, services, etc. Several times her office has said she made a call, but when we follow up, the recipient never heard from her - and this experience has been repeated across several different providers and services. No medical advice. We make suggestions and sometimes she agrees, but not proactive about husband's condition. Neither he nor I have medical degrees, so it would be better to have a doctor who actually provides medical insights instead of us having to take guesses and play 20 questions. Vanishes two weeks of each month because of split time at a second location. There is no continuity of care provided to deal with this. She cannot be reached, does not return messages and does not follow up on anything from this location while she is at the second location.
