I had been going to Dr. Federman for 40 years. All three of my children went to her and my husband and I. I was very pleased with her until about 10 years ago. You would call and have to wait almost 3-4 weeks to get an appointment. I should have gotten a new doctor at that time, but I really didn't want to change then one day I get a letter saying she is no longer my doctor and she is going into specializing for rich people. I am 70 years old and I cannot afford to pay her three to $4000 a year out of my pocket. What upsets me most is that after 40 years, she just dropped me like a hot potato. I was in her office just the week before and she never said a word to me about it. I think that is very disrespectful of me as a patient and downright unprofessional for her.
