Dr. Sun Hi Lee, MD

I have a serious cardiovascular condition and the doctor started me on a statin and told me to return in 4 months to follow up discuss side effects. I was having side effects and hoping to discuss with her at the appointment. Her office called a month later telling me that my 4-month appointment was cancelled due to unavailability of the doctor on that date, and next available appointment was not until 3 months after that (7 months after I was started on the statin, with zero opportunity to discuss the side effects it was causing). I asked the office to have the doctor call me but she did not. The new assigned appointment date does not work for me due ton a work meeting, so now I can't have my first follow-up after starting the new medication until nearly a year after my initial appointment, with zero opportunity for communication with the doctor. Unbelievable.
