Weatherford location is closing and it’s about time. Terrible P.A. Laurence Hayward.Melcher is my Medicare dr on record but I saw Hayward 1st. Twice I’ve tried to get an appointment with my dr on record and 1st was told they weren’t taking new patients. ????Then just tried again and they gave me 1 for next day, put me on hold, came back and told me they couldn’t make the appointment as I hadn’t seen Melcher. I told him I’d do a new patient, he gave me several for 6/29. I told him I’d take it and after another long hold I was told they couldn’t make me an appointment. No reason. So my 6/22 appointment which no one has notified anyone of its closing will leave me with no Medicare doctor. I wouldn’t ever go to either one of these yahoos ever again and am filing a 2nd grievance with my insurance. Now I see why they didn’t care.
