Dr. Steven Daniel, DO

I’m 80 years old. I fell extremely hard on the sidewalk while in Washington, DC. I simply wanted to check for anything broken and/or a concussion. I could not reach his office, or my insurance company to find out which emergency clinic was in network. Seeing an emergency clinic out of insurance network would render me near poverty. I had left my phone at home and could not receive verification texts. Today was the first possible chance to see a doctor I could trust, not some for profit medical emergency that would order useless and unproductive tests. When I called Dr Daniels office, with great indifference, they offered me an appointment on September 10. I thought that a sooner appointment would be more helpful. I asked for something earlier @nd was promised a return call. The on call doctor cannot prescribe, check lab reports, or refer anyone. My insurance payments for teacher retirement are virtually useless.
