This doctor treated my partner terribly, did not even try to listen to his concerns post surgery and did not even bother to introduce himself. He was angry from the start of the conversation and then also refused any type of pain management when my partner had just endured 3 back to back surgeries in less than a month. He is scheduled for a 4th surgery soon and Dr. Rivera seems to expect him to just survive without any pain management until then. Luckily he is not our primary doctor but having to interact with him at all put a bad taste in my mouth.
