Bad! I went to his office for routine check up and cleaning. I was on time. There was not a sign in sheet or a receptionist at the desk. Ten minutes after arriving the hygienist bolts out of the treatment area screaming at me, in the waiting room, "why didn't you tell me that you are here!". Extremely rude and unprofessional. Since then I have found a dentist whose office has a receptionist at the desk at all times and the staff and dentist treat patients appropriately.
