Dismissive, failed to take my concerns seriously. Clocked out and left work early without notifying my nurses, discharged me with the wrong prescription information and wasn't around to fix it. Wrote the prescriptions SO incorrectly that I had to schedule a follow-up with another provider just to pick up the meds he told me to take. Needs to retire ASAP
